Good afternoon, this is my new email. please respond back that you received=

here is the list of july elig. any body that isn't elig please stop service=
s on june 30th. anybody switching insurances please make sure the paper wor=
k is attached in myevv. we have 10 days to send for the auth. all paper wor=
k has to be off by 7/10/25. if we have to wait for paperwork then please st=
op services until we are able to send for the auth.
