Office managers and Nurse Case Managers.

I am sending the updated LRI requirements from Medicaid. We have been getti=
ng denials when we apply for the 40 hours they used to be eligible for. Whe=
n Nurses make care plans, please explain every 15 minutes of care that is n=
eeded on the care plan or put actual numbers next to each ADL needed. The C=
CC's are looking for the exceptional needs of the client that are not what =
is normally expected of a spouse or parent(of children of a certain age) to=
 do. IADL's are mostly looked at as the normal responsibility of the family=
, so they will not reimburse for that.
