They al= so provide us with an executed Release if they want us to communicate direc= tly with their agency. The Program does not provide Respite care. All hou= rs and sources of care for the admitted claimant must be within the total n= umber of hours of care ordered as medically necessary per day and per week = by the treating physician, including any family care provided.
