I have uploaded a picture of the patient's woun= d and ostomy bag. The wound and ostomy are very close, and there was leakag= e from the ostomy bag into the wound. To prevent this, we are using Colopla= st bandages. To seal the crease in the abdomen, we are applying Stomahesive= cream and placing the Coloplast bandage on top to ensure there is no leaka= ge near the wound. This approach was recommended by the wound care clinic.
