Our eligibility check sho= ws that this patient is currently on home health care and has an Original M= edicare plan. According to Medicare rules, the home health agency must prov= ide supplies for these patients. Therefore, we cannot process this order, s= o it should be forwarded to the agency.

We understand that = Medicare makes an exception for Lymphedema (compression) products, allowing= DME suppliers to provide these items to home health patients.
