Our eligibility check shows that this patien= t is currently on home health care and has an Original Medicare plan. Accor= ding to Medicare rules, the home health agency must provide supplies for th= ese patients. Therefore, we cannot process this order, so it should be forw= arded to the agency.

We understand that Medicare makes an e= xception for Lymphedema (compression) products, allowing DME suppliers to p= rovide these items to home health patients. However, our current billing sy= stem is unable to process this exception. We apologize for any inconvenienc= e this may cause and must apply our standard policy to this order.=
